  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the property. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the property using the emailed door code.
  • Free parking is available for two cars. Motorcycle and trailer travelers are welcome, with plenty of space for easy access and parking.

    • Please clean up after your pet(s)
    • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the property has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

  • Pet fee is $100 per dog, non-refundable.
  • Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
